Fostering is a wonderful way to help Us help all the horses.

Decide what type of horses (or mules or donkeys) you can foster.

You may want to Phone us or to make an appointment to discuss your foster capabilities, so we can find the best horse that suites you and your family while the horse is waiting on a permanent home.

Example - Some people aren't comfortable with stallions or don't have  appropriate facilities for them. Others are good at rehabilitating starved horses, and some people need easy to handle horses with no behavioral problems.

Be honest about your skills, facilities and abilities so that we can properly work with you and make the placement  appropriate.

In order to be accepted into our foster program you must:

• read and sign the requirement form (s)
• complete our adoption/foster application
• provide two personal references
• a vet reference
• and photos of the facility where the horse will be kept

You may obtain a copy of the adoption/foster application by emailing Us we will then send you the required form(s), that you can print out an read over, sign & return to Us.

Or request an application to be sent by mail.

Review the policy, application and contract carefully and ask any questions you have before signing.

After completing the application process and once you have been approved as a foster facility, we can then find the best horse that will suite you and your family, while the horse is waiting on a permanent home.
